About Mizuno
"Nothing feels like a Mizuno" - this is the Japanese manufacturer's advertising slogan and it is increasingly going on the offensive. Mizuno wants to gain recognition among the masses with innovative drivers and woods as well as a range of classic putters. If you ask a player today what he associates with the name Mizuno, it is mainly irons. Especially classic and forged irons. But Mizuno has long been more than a manufacturer of blades. There are now two whole series of irons that appeal to different target groups. Plus the putters, drivers, woods, hybrids, wedges and even balls. Meanwhile you can equip your entire Mizuno Bag with Mizuno, play Mizuno balls and wear Mizuno shoes and clothes.
Mizuno's recipe to achieve this wide acceptance in the market is to serve the whole market without compromising on quality. This is made possible by the innovative manufacturing process in Japan. And on the other hand the individual assembly in Europe. Thus it is possible to assemble and deliver individual iron sets within a very short time frame. And the manufacturing process in Japan makes it possible to produce large quantities in high quality. Most Mizuno irons are still forged from soft steel and not cast from industrial steel like most other manufacturers' irons. Large manufacturers avoid the forging process for cost reasons - but Mizuno does not compromise. Otherwise the slogan "Nothing feels like a Mizuno" would quickly lose credibility.
You can put together your very own Mizuno iron set today and have it in your hands in 14 days. You have the choice of dozens of shafts and grips and can individually choose shaft length, loft and lie. There is only one small limitation and that is unusually long or short shafts that deviate more than 1/2 inch from standard. Mizuno cannot make all swing weight adjustments here - at least not in the way we do as clubmakers. If you need such long or short shafts it is best to contact us in advance.
