The B actually stands for blade and that's how this iron looks. Nevertheless, Honma dares to do something new with the new 757 series: additional weight is inserted into the club head, which is forged from soft steel - both at the heel and the toe. This technology is not completely invisible and the tungsten screw in the toe is clearly visible. In our opinion, Honma is taking the right approach: there are many players who want the look and playability of a blade or muscle back iron, but can't hit the ball consistently enough to actually play it. Honma has managed to combine both worlds: classic forging technology, the look and playability of a blade and an increased MOI for more forgiveness. This will make the new TW757 B iron an option for many players.
As usual from Honma, you can configure the TW757 iron in many high-quality shafts and that at no extra charge. You can choose from our own Vizard shafts from 50g, the Vizard IB-WF carbon shafts, which are stiffer and provide a lower trajectory. But also the highest quality steel shafts from Nippon like the Modus, the NS Pro 950 NEO and shafts from Dynamic Gold, KBS and Project X. The best thing to do is simply contact us for a consultation.
